Entertainment Service Guide

The Music Box DJ Entertainment is proud to offer a verity of different services to meet each clients needs.  Please look over the below list to get an idea of what we can offer you to meet your needs.

 

Ceremony Music                                                        

Recorded Music:        Includes Music before the ceremony and music for your Processional, Bridal March, and Recessional.  We also include a Wireless Microphone to capture your vows for all to hear.

Live Music:        Your choice of Keyboard Player, Violin or Harpist.  Other options also available.

 

Cocktail Music

Recorded Music:        We can provide music in separate rooms (up to 3) with our MINI- DJ systems.  Music of your choice is played during this time.  You can discus your music selection with your party host prior to your event.

Live Music:        We can provide various different types of live entertainment for the listening pleasure of your guests.  They range from Keyboard Players and String Trio's all the way up to a 5 piece Mariachi band..  You can discus the different options with your party host.

 

Basic Entertainment Package        (4, 5 and 6 hour packages available)

Includes :  Masters of Ceremonies and DJ team dressed in Tuxedo attire.  The MC will coordinate all of the events throughout the evening with your Maitre`d, Photographer, and Videographer ensuring nothing is missed.  He will also interact with you and your guest as much or as little as you desire, inspiring you and your guests throughout your affair.  Also included is our State-of-the -Art CD Sound System which can be Bi-Amped depending on the size of your room for better sound quality (at no additional charge).  Our MC will be Equipped with Two Wireless microphones, one hand held for toasts and sing-a-longs and a Headset microphone for Interactive Dances like the Electric Slide and the YMCA.

 

Lighting Packages                (Haze Machine included with all lighting packages)

Basic Lighting:                 Two Sound-Activated Lighting Effects to add ambiance to your affair.

Deluxe Lighting:                6 Spot Lights, 3 Sound Activated Lighting Effects and a Laser Light effect.

Theatrical Lighting:         Color the Walls, Ceilings, and Dance Floor with colors and hues to enrich and enhance the ambiance and decor of your room.  Watch the colors change throughout the night to fit the mood of the evening.  As the action heats up the lights will engulf the dance floor with spectacular color.  4, 6, and 8 lighting effects are available depending on the size of your room.

 

Plasma Screen TV                (42' Plasma Screen TV)

 Lights, Camera, and Action.  You and your guests will be up on the Big Screen all night long with our 42" Plasma Screen TV.  We include photomontages for Bride & Groom and Parent Dances along with a Stationary Video Camera to capture you and your guest on the dance floor.  Copies of the Broadcast are available as are multiple screens depending on room size.  Also, if you choose to get the Digital Photo CD we can broadcast Zap Shots as they are taken of you and your guests..

 

Video DJ                (Requires all or part of Plasma Screen TV Package)

Incorporate  MTV style videos with our already exciting array of music.  Videos of your favorite stars from yesterday and today come alive.  Videos mixed in by our Video DJs along with our Music DJs add even more excitement to your event.  Included with this is our Plasma Screen TV Package.

 

Other Services

Confetti Intro

Begin your event with a bang.  Just think, as you are being introduced as Husband and Wife being showered in Confetti and Streamers as your guest applaud.

 

Firework Intro

Watch the sparks fly as you are introduced, literally.  Hidden within your table centerpieces are remote controlled Sparklers that are ignited as you are introduced into the room.  The glow will last for 45 seconds as you make your way from the entrance door to the dance floor.

 

Digital Photo CD

Re-live your event within weeks.  Let us capture your special day with Digital Photography.  Your Party Host will photograph you and your guest while parting the night away.  This is a great way to share your day with those who could not attend, or Friends and Family via E-Mail or post them to a web page for everyone to see.  Included are 3 CDs with Photo Decorative Case and Labels.
